Which UNIX you want to be certified?

For Solaris: http://training.sun.com/US/certification/solaris/index.html
For AIX: http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/certs/ax_index.shtml
For HP-UX: http://www.hp.com/education/currpath/hp-ux_certification.html

For Linux certifications:
The most admired: RHCE ( https://www.redhat.com/training/rhce/courses/ )
SuSE's (Novell) version of RHCE: http://www.novell.com/training/certinfo/
Well known Linux certification, LPI: http://www.lpi.org/en/certification.html
Alternative to LPI, compTIA Linux+: http://www.comptia.org/certification/linux/default.aspx

If I were you, I would take the easiest and lightest exam first, in this case compTIA Linux+, than take LPI's. After that either Novell's or RHCE (as alternative to RHCE, because it is very pricey, i would take the Solaris exam. It is far cheaper but still the name of Solaris is enough to beautify your CV ) )
