We are looking for three Junior Java Developers to work in New York City. As these are entry-level positions, no experience is necessary (although an advantage). Must be of graduate calibre, have excellent spoken and written English and have a strong knowledge of programming. We will train all successful candidates (some of which may involve international travel to other offices for a short time).

If you are interested, please send a private message or leave your email address in a reply to this thread.

Salary will be upto $65,000 for the right people (plus benefits such as Pension scheme/Laptop/Private healthcare inc family/Relocation Allowance to NY) and more.

NOTE: Any Indian graduate applicants must be from a top university such as IIT.

Thank you.

Peter - If you want good candidates, you won't find any here (try the specialist recruitment consultancies in NY). Most users here are certification-addicted Indians

Peter, please post a contact email so these eager people can send you a resume. I don't want to clog up this forum with everyone just posting "Contact me....". We appreciate that you are using our forums, I can atest that there are lots of very qualified people participating in our forums.

thanks,

Jamie

Sorry for not getting back sooner. We have made some changes to the requirements of this position, hence the delay.

We are only able to consider Ivy League or Oxbridge graduates for our training programme at this stage, with no more than 12-18 months experience since this is entry level (although we will take fresh graduates with no experience as outlined above). I cannot post the email address directly due to a large number of applications from possible unsuitable candidates, agencies and resume-spam, hence why I need the right people to reply to this thread with their email address only if they fit the requirements.

Thank you.

I'm a senior developer and probably worth 4 or 5 developers of the type you are describing. Would you consider hiring me for 400K annually? I know that's more than 5 times the top salary offered but consider the savings on benefits, vacation, office space, equipment and general reduction in communications. You will have one contact rather than 5 and the work will be done faster and be higher in quality. I can also train other newblings and turn them in to mini-mes of a sort.

P.S. Salary is non-negotiable.
