I am not sure that I understand your question (I am tempted to say 0x6130), but perhaps an ASCII chart might help.

It's possible that the question is "Which character does ASCII map the hexadecimal number A0 to?"

If that's the case, then the answer is "None. ASCII only defines values for numbers between 00 and 7F."

That was the sort of misleading information I was hoping to forestall. Why that particular extended ASCII and not one of the several dozen other extended ASCIIs?
