I have an old Mighty Mouse on my iMac. I really want a wireless one for my PowerBook, but for $69 they need to have improved the right/left touch sensors. I've heard that the regular Mighty Mouse has improved since it was first released. Does anyone know if that's true?

My one-word review of the wireless Mighty Mouse: Quirky.

A few more words: When it's working properly, it's fantastic! Much smoother -- and definitely quicker to respond -- than the Logitech Bluetooth mouse I was previously using. But when it inexplicably goes into "quirk mode," it's slow, jumpy, and seems to forget it has a secondary button and scroll wheel.

My plea to Apple: I'm in awe of your dedication to aesthetics. But a few visible seams on an otherwise pristine mouse would be a small price to pay for something that "just works."
