Not in java, alas. It's for Gigavox Media, also known as The Conversation Network, another entity that is run by volunteer efforts. Here's a description of what's needed:

"Were looking for a little help porting one our our utilities here at The Conversations Network and GigaVox Media from Windows to OS X. The UI is coded in wxWidgets, which is supposedly portable. Theres some application code thats already written in Python, so if youre comfortable with that, youll find this a very simple task. Knowledge of threading/multi-tasking is required, as is how to wrap things up with an installer. We still dont have any $$ to offer you, but youll be helping to make the world a better place. If youre interested, let me know."
