OK, so I was following live feeds of the WWDC keynote address.

Lots of good stuff, but the following two items blew me away:

  • Safari for Vista and XP
  • iPhone 3rd party apps written using Ajax

  • Too freaking cool!

    I was thinking that, as kickass a device as I think it's going to be, I wasn't going to be interested in an iPhone. Now I'm not so sure!

    While Safari on Windows is cool, I'd much rather just run it on a Mac.

    Well, of course!

    I suspect that the reason for the port is so that either of Mac or Windows can be used as a development platform for 3rd-party Ajax apps for the iPhone.

    If only Safari ran Firefox plugins, is my major gripe with it
