I already accepted that my MAC unfortunately would not support Java 6 unless I get an upgrade to Leopard, which is unlikely to happen right now (I have Tiger OS X).

But as for my review I want to at least try the new stuffs in Java 6. If I get any of the VMs suggested (and I currently have a Windows XP copy), will it be possible?

Thank you in advance!

In a word, yes. I have Windows Java 7 running on my Leopard MacBook right now, using Parallels.

Mac (short for Macintosh) not MAC. The other cool kids will make fun of you and pick you last for dodge ball if you type "MAC".

That's ok, I always hated dodge ball.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
