Can't we run iphone SDK on Windows OS?

I want to develop some sample applicaitons on iPhone. I don't have mac PC (MAC OS). How to install iphone sdk on windows and get start using it to develop sample apps?

Nope, won't run on Windows. There are libraries that it needs from Mac, plus the whole "ide" is a Mac only software. I think the ide is the most important. Without it you will not be able to write all that code to develop. Trust me.
