Hi all ,
I want to create an HTML form which can send the results to an email.But when I try to click the submit button an email dialog box opens...I want that it sends the information directly instead of opening the dialog box...any help..

You cannot create html that will directly send an email.
No can do.
You CAN create a form that is processed by a web server that can then send email. Web servers can send email. HTML, cannot.

If you have an action of a form as a mailto: it will open up your email client in most browsers. I believe some macs won't, but the majority of people don't use macs. What you need to do is have your form call a page or cgi script that sends out the mail. This will depend on what your web server supports, but look into JMail, a very easy mail application that has SMTP wrapped up into it. ASPMail is not bad either if you are using ASP. But like the person before stated, you need to have the server send out the mail, and not the browser.
