I like to set up password for my website and don't know how can I do it?could you please help me on this...

Okay now what security level are we talking about??
If we are talking about basic, just there to be a small detour then you can use Javascript. Problem is that it is too easy to get around.
Now if you want it done correct it has to be done with a server side language with the password stored in a database.
Do a search on google with: Password Protect A Site
nd i am sure you can find what you are looking for.
