Hi all!
I want to hide the div tag when I take the printout. Since, the div tag is available ,user cannot see the entire records. I am using window.print() to do the print job. Basically, I need to have the div tag at the time of viewing and don't want the same when taking the printout of the same page. Please offer solutions as soon as possible.
Thanks

Hello there...
what you need to do is in this thread:
https://coderanch.com/t/113152/HTML-JavaScript/Programmatically-alter-MSIE-tools-internet
you need to make the div a class and in the one version...have it visibility:visible; and on the print css you need visibility:hidden;

Thanks for your solution. I have created the following Div class as given below:
DIV
{visibility:hidden;
}
It takes of the div, while printing. But the data inside the div is also hidden. I want only the div to disappear need the data in it.
Any suggestions.Please revert immdly.
