If anybody knows any (text) processor with converting capabilities to/from UNICODE?

I know tha Microsoft Wordpad can save to unicode,,,,,,,,

Thanks Eric,
now I certainly see that MS WordPad does. Though it does not permit to see “source” codes, in the same editor. But it is more than nothing
