the unicode of '~' is ~ but it change
'?xFF5E;' when use the Netscape4.7 browser,
can you give a idea for solving this problem;

but developers cant ask these que rt?
i have so many users who still using ns 4.7 which they dont want to update. last month when i attended a sun's training course all their computer have NS 4.7. wont believe that rt. but its true.
