CSS drop downs, scroll bars and text areas..

hello everyone,
so far i have enjoyed discovering the possibilities of what CSS can do... as of now, i would just like to ask what is the syntax in CSS to change the colors and designs of the scrollbars inside pulldown menus, scroll bars, and textareas?
hope u guys can teach me,,, i believe in you,, thanks a lot,,,

for text areas, it is the same for the scrollbars on the page, you can not adjust it for the select(drop down).

oh my, really? too bad...
oh, how about the radio buttons and the checker buttons???
can you change the color inside? or the style of the checking maybe???
