Displaying the html anchor result in JSP

I have this problem.
I have a jsp , in which on the top i top.jsp which displays on top , and side.jsp which displays on left side , and beside this one more called links.jsp which displays some links to differnt html pages
Now my problem is when user clicks on those links i wnat to display the result in the same page , because i need to have that top.jsp and side.jsp all the time.
Does any body have any idea.

When user clicks on the transcripts i want to display the result in the same window.

Well you have a problem here, either 1 you use frames, 2 you are going to have to reload all of the jsp code each time you click a link, or 3 you are going to have to use an iframe.
I would say 1 is your best bet.
