Hello,
my jsp is generating the image of graph structure read from db.
To have actual state of the objects on the graph i have refresh in my page.
But everytime the refresh arise, entire page is regenerated and it takes a long time causing me the page dissapears for a 1-2 seconds and after then is shown the new image.
Isn't it possible to preload the image page 2 seconds before end of refresh interval and swap it when it is loaded. Thus it can appear only as the short blink, or even none.
Every suggestion is gratly appreciated.
Mir

This sounds like a problem that you should use JavaScript for, so ask in that forum.

Yes, everytime you request the page you get a new picture, but when the page is refreshed the blinking is very annoying
