Hi,
I'm opening a new window by

Now index.jsp is having just one table of dimension height=550,width=550.
My question is since the dimensions of table and my new window are same why should the window contain scrollbars? I want to get rid of them and they should appear only if the content on screen is more.
Any specific reason for this?
Please let me know. Thanks in advance

I'm not sure, but it might be that a few pixels are being used to draw the tables. Try opening the window with a height/width of 545.

The page has default margins that are a couple of pixels wide.

why do you have scrollbars=yes if you do not want them?

I have scrollbars=yes because the index.jsp page may call some other pages and their content is more and it requires to scroll to see the content.
thanks

either you can open up a seperate window fir this window, or you can add
<body style="overflow:hidden"> to your page.
