I have
some plain text My Link
And I want hover affect on "some plain text"(basically change text color and background-color on mouse on/out). How can I do this?
Also when I using ... or
...
, the browser usually starts a new line for the form/table. How can I avoid "starting the new line" in this case?
Thanks

it is going to make a new line, that is what happens.
Either you are going to have to place it dynamically, OR you are going to have to use nested tables.

Eric:
Thanks for answering my questions.
I am happy with your answer on the second question. However, for the first question, you might misunderstood what I have asked. Your answer provides the solution to get the hover effect on .., but what I have asked is how to get the hover effect on text outside of <a ..>... I would really appreciate if you can give me an answer on this. Thanks
