I have clickable images in my web page. How do I provide a text for users to see when the mouse is rolled over that image?

I have provided the alt="..." in my <img .... > tag (see the code in my original posting), but, the text does not show up when the mouse is rolled over the image.

Yes, a text shows up when I rolled my mouse over the buttons on the top of the (JavaRange) page. But, my web page does not show text when I rolled my mouse over the impages.

according to the latest standards, it should TITLE, not an ALT.
Not sure about IE, but mouseover text does not comes in NS6+, if TITLE is not provided.
