I have to refresh my JSP page after every 10 min.
Pls let me know all the ways through which one can achieve this effect.

Check out the META tag for HTTP header REFRESH.
HTML Help

You should also be able to set the header through the HttpResponse object.

Hi Yogender,

This is in response to the PM you sent me. I think it is better to discuss it on the forum, so that other people may also benefit from whatever contribution anyone makes.

Anyway, you can set it by having something like

at the top of your page.

or you can call response.setHeader(<header_name>, <header_value> ;) .
substitute <header_name> with the actual header name which you may need to google for, and <header_value> with the number of seconds.

Other than that there's nothing that you can do on the server after the response has been sent.
