Hi guys!

I wanna know if somebody has been make or know performing tests to load data in a combo box (HTML, tag <select> using a MVC architecture.

Is there a limit (min. and max. or range) of itens to be loaded?

Thanks in advance!

Minimum is somewhat around zero.
Maximum might not be greater than Integer.MAX_INT, because there are methods to get Element the at index (int).

Why don't you write a small test-program, to find out the limit?

Only thing is, the more items on the page, the longer the load time since it takes longer to render the element.

I have seen selects with a couple thousand rerods in them and you barely notice the load times.
