I have a hidden form field with value as ="SENTHIL+KUMAR"

i need to send this to the server from my JSP page, through query string.

What happens is, this + is getting converted to a space and the + is lost.

There is no use in using the escape(),unescape() javascript functions. It is not working.

Please tell me a way.
