howto fix the size of table ?

hi, good day , my question is about table, how to i make the table having same fix size ? i found some of table size is not consistent ..which table might be smaller size when less items inside , whereas some table having lengthy size as many items inside table

is it possible we can make table size in fix length ? thank you
