Hi Eric et all.

A quick question.

I am trying to embed some JavaScript in a frameset so I can call it from a parent frame. Shouldnt be a problem you would think but it does not seem to accept it.

My frameset is something like:

So the plan is from any one of the frames to call:

and for the hidden form to submit, but it does not work.

Any ideas? Does frameset have an issue with the form, or the JavaScript or something?

Thanks in advance.

You can only have frames in your frame page, so you are going to need to place the form inside a frame.

Or use iframes instead of frames
You call the function with

parent.frameName.formName.submit()
