I want ask everyone here especially the experienced folks (how are working in JSP and servlets projects).
as a JSP, Servlet developer, is DreamWeaver is vital for your life as a developer ?
is it an essentail tool for a serious developer ?

No. Dreamweaer is a tool (and not one I'm fond of) for client-side development. As such. I'm moving this off to the HTML forum.

Dreamweaver is a tool for layouts if you can not code the HTML yourself. I rather use a text editor such as EditPlus2 or notepad.

Have I used it. I have it installled, but I think the last time I opened it was over a year ago.
