hint text popup message

Hello all,

i have the following code :

<div title="<bean:write name="product" property="hintText"/>">
  <bean:write name="product" property="artist"/>
</div>

This will make it possible for the user to hover over the artist name and if present it will show a popup window with a message.

I have three questions concerning a popup window (not meaning a browser window, but the one when hovering over an image or whatsoever, displaying some additional information) :
1. How can i change the background color for this window;
2. How can i change font aspects for this window;
3. How can i outline the text displayed. Can i start new lines etc.
