Position Description:
Strong application development and communication skills are a must and automotive experience is a plus. Key responsibilities include: Developing, unit testing, code review, and deploying of J2EE code to meet customer requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
B.S. in computer-related field required (Computer Science, MIS, etc.) or related experience
Developer needs to have 3 to 5 years IT J2EE coding experience covering large new development as well as smaller enhancements and production support role.
Need to have strong Innovation and Technical Excellence skills.

Must Have:
�J2EE coding experience
�Unit Testing tools experience (JUnit)
�Experience reading UML Models
�XML knowledge

SECONDARY SKILLS:
Rational Unified Process experience (strongly preferred)
�WebSphere development experience (strongly preferred)
�WebSphere Application Developer (WSAD) experience (strongly preferred)
�Experience creating UML models (strongly preferred)
�DB2 knowledge (strongly preferred)
�Mainframe integration experience
�Struts experience
�Large program experience
