Just a small detail about what I have written before. When I say "Eclipse Expert" I mean someone who has worked developing an Eclipse Product (an example could be http://eclipsetrader.sourceforge.net/, but there are many on the net) and NOT someone who has used Eclipse to write Java code (to be fair, I am quite indifferent about the development enviroment, the developer must be happy about that... )
