how to i extend a page which was displaying in one frame to other if frame size is not sufficient without hiding in second frame

You can not have content from one frame go into the next without a lot of JavaScript coding which is ugly and I would not attempt.

Are we talking a menu?

The HV menu here: http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/hvmenu/index.htm has the frame support if I remember correctly, you might have to read the documentation of it to make sure that I am correct.
