Valyn Staffing Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking talented, experienced
Java/J2EE Developers to form a team of skilled professionals who are
designing and building a high-volume transaction-based enterprise
application, reporting portal, and ETL operation in a fast-paced
development environment.
This team-based position will work under the direction of a project
manager and J2EE architect, alongside other development team members to
design and develop features for a new enterprise-class B2B solution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with project manager and architect to produce detailed designs for
new features for a commercial enterprise class application
- Code, test and package components for a next-generation, n-tiered J2EE
application in a fast-paced yet structured CMMI Level-3 environment
- Support testing activities by our internal test teams and resolve defects
Professional/Technical Experience:
- Hibernate experience is a must!
- 5+ years of overall software development experience in a full
lifecycle software development environment with object oriented approach
- 3+ years server-side development experience with J2EE/JBOSS
- Java/J2EE certification is a plus
- JSF is a plus
Other experience:
- Experience with team-based development approach
- Experience in transactional systems within banking industry is a plus
Additionally, the candidate must pass a background investigation and drug
screen, be eligible to work in the United States, and must either live in
the Atlanta metro area or be willing to relocate at his or her own
expense. Development will take place out of Alpharetta and travel will be
10% or less.
Other experience:
- Experience with team-based development approach
- Experience in transactional systems within banking industry is a plus
