Location: Dallas, TX

A passionate developer is needed to take ownership of this company�s UI software development on day one, and became a key person within the software development team. You will be looked on as the team�s UI expert, and a major contributor in this area.

Our client is an early startup with funding, and has an established executive team already in place with strong expertise within their industry. The company direction has been greatly influenced by findings from a previous research study conducted with potential clients. Their findings have led to the development of a better-valued solution that will solve a real problem. Our past history with the CEO has given us the inside track to this position providing us with details needed to identify qualified candidates for this position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT

3 - 5 yrs of web based user interface design experience

3+ yrs of Java

XHTML, AJAX, CSS

Strong knowledge of JBOSS SEAM, JSF

EJB 3.0

Must be a self starter and understand working in a small and highly technical R&D team

Plusses:
Exposure to telecom EMS/NMS development and SNMP/TL1 is a plus

Visa Status: Will consider H1-B transfers.

Relocation: Local Candidates Only

Salary: $70K - 90k plus stock options.
