How can I use Tabs or Frames interface in JSP.

The idea is to split the browser window in two part. One part accepts basic details and is always visible, the other portion accepts input data based on option selected.
All inputs must be accepted in all frames and submitted. if any error, focus the frame/tab and text box.
User can navigate between frames/tabs.

There is nothing JSP specific about this.
If you search the web, you will find plenty of HTML tutorials:

All your JSP code lives up on the server.
Frames or tab simulations are rendered with HTML on the client.
