The Java Web Application Developer will be responsible for the design and build of high quality web applications following standards and best practices. This will include the development of test plans and scripts; coordination of unit/integration testing; and implementing continuous improvements to applications and processes. The Java Web Application Developer may also be called upon to develop prototypes and functional/technical specs as needed to support the business.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with limited supervision in a team environment; be disciplined, productive and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as effective oral and written communication skills.
