HI
I am a Consultant with one of the Big 5 Consultancies and have worked on Java extensively along with other Technologies.
I guess I am ready to devote some time to JavaRanch should u need it.
Let me know.
Cheers

I'd also like to be able to help out, although I'm not certified yet (going to take the test in mid to late July).
Are there any modifications we can do to the ubb to implement some of the changes people are always asking about? We could make it sort of an open source thing. Of course then you need someone with lots of time to manage it...

The first thing you can do is to just answer questions.
Another thing is to compose a campfire story.
Some folks have found other parts of the ranch that they could improve and have provided HTML fragments.
The whole joint is run by volunteers. The key is to find a spot that could use a little spit and polish.
Most folks simply contribute by helping others and eventually get nominated to be bartenders.

Also checkout our bunkhouse and the Book Reviews forum. If you have read a book that isn't reviewed there, consider submitting a review.
Thanks for offering to help!
