Minimum Qualifications include: �8 years of professional Software development including (both front-end and back-end experience) �4 years of solid Java development including use of log4j and Junit �3 years J2EE �3 years JDBC & SQL �3 years Web Application experience (Weblogic experience preferred) �B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): �Performs highly complex analysis and design of systems for current and future use �Creates technical documentation including Software Project Plans, Detailed Design and Functional Design Specifications, and System Architecture Specifications in addition to procedural flow charts, data flow diagrams, object relationship diagrams, release notes, and installation instructions �Identifies procedural and system enhancements designed to streamline and improve the overall efficiency of processes �Exercises judgment within broad practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, prioritization, and criteria for obtaining results
