I'm looking for a solution that will give me the ability to type text in a web page as it will be seen

Is there a a way to enter text into a text entry area. The text will be free hand text entry so they can enter the text in the format it will actually display.

Look for a WYSIWYG editor. Google is a good starting place.

I want the web page to bring up the WYSIWYG editor and have the person surfing the web be able to enter free form text for saving. I'll start at Google... but if anyone has done this and can point me to a good online WYSIWYG, it would be great.
