Our client, one of the world's leading hotel companies and the world's largest internet retailers, has an immediate need for a JAVA/J2EE Developer (7+ yrs of experience) to work on development and production code using JAVA and J2EE technologies.

Job Qualifications:
- 7+ Yrs of development experience (preferred)
- Very strong backend development skills (job requires little to know front end development)
- Must have recent server side development in:
- Spring
- Hibernate
- JMX, JMS
- Strong Database / Access experience
- Experience with Resin Application Server

Skill Requirements:
Strong Java, JDK 1.4+, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, 2 or more J2EE App Servers, XML, MVC Framework, Design Patterns, UML Modeling, Analysis & Design, JMS, JUnit or TestNG, PVCS/ClearCase, Ant, Linux\Unix, Shell Scripts

Skill Requirements (Nice to Have):
Spring IOC, Hibernate, AOP, JMX, any RDBMS, Rules Engine, J2EE Caching, J2EE Performance Tuning, Open Source, Web Services, SOAP , JDK 1.5, Full Lifecycle Development, Iterative Development, PMD, IntelliJ IDE, Eclipse IDE

Soft Skill Requirements:
Team player, Confident, Enthusiastic, Good communication, Good documentation, Able to work independently, Project Leadership, Can do attitude, Up-to date on the latest web technologies and a flare for learning.
