I am very new to AJAX but have seen alot of hype concerning AJAX and JSF. Does your book discuss this at all or is it just about AJAX itself?

Second question: AJAX seems very new and still a little buggy (second hand not directly experienced this) do you feel it is truly ready for production environments?

Thanks

Um, look at Gmail, GoogleMaps, live, etc. Ajax been around since IE5, it just did not have a name. If it is buggy, you can blame it on the person that coded it.
