I have a JSP page that has a form that holds few textboxes.
I want to delete the history information of these textboxes using JavaScript / HTML.
Presently if I write “A” in a textbox, all values entered previously and start with “A” will appears for the user selection.
I want to remove this cached information from JavaScript.
How to do this?

JavaScript has nothing to do with that since that is a built in functionality of the browser. You can add an attribute to the element so it does not do the auto complete.

autocomplete="off"
