Hi,

A simple question. I am using javascript in my JSP pages. I however have separated layout from presentation using jsp includes and tiles etc.

Can the "script" tag occur anywhere in the body or should it only occur in the head? Any link to a standard on this would be appreciated.

You can have JavaScript anywhere in a web page. However, the functions must be defined before they are executed.

As this has absolutely nothing to do with JSP, moved to the HTML forum.
