Hello to Everyone,

I am looking if anybody can PLEASE help in solving this tricky problem ...

I want a tab of a a customized color like :

------------------------------------------------------------
Home | Example|Home2 | Example2|Home3 | Example3|Home4 | Example4|
--------------------------------------------------------------

in my page .
If for example Home2 is empty it should show me in Red COlor Tab.

I do not know how to do it .......

I am using Struts and I thought of using a tab.jsp file.....Please help me out......

You need to build such things up with HTML, Javascript and CSS.

JSP technology has nothing that will help you except that, once you figure out the DHTML to create your tabs, you could create custom actions to make them easier to use on the pages.

If you don't want to build your own, there might be Javascript libraries or JSP custom actions already developed if you search the web for them.

In any case, I've moved this to the HTML forum for any further discussion.

What is it you want? Someone to write the code for you? That's probably not going to happen.

To get you started, when I've done my own tabs implementation I've done something like the following:

1) The "tabs" are buttons or divs with onclick.
2) The tabs appearance is changed via CSS depending upon which is "current"
3) The "body" is either a scrollable div or an iframe whose content is swapped out when a tab is clicked.

The only cure for that is hours of television radiation. And this tiny ad:
