Hi guys,

Im wanting to build a navigation for my webpage, that has high level categories, when a category is clicked on I want it to expand and show the sub categories. When another category is clicked on I want the original to revert back, and the new category to expand (a bit like download.com's page)

How do I go about something like this?? I dont know what this is called so am unable to search.

Some pointers would be a great help.

Regards
Zein

Would DHTML be a way of tackling the above problem?

You could do this all with CSS + javascript.

I suggest starting with A List Apart (search for "menu") or CSS play
