Hi Frank,
I have worked on Ajax components in my current project. But all of them were ready made. However at times one needs to modify exisiting readymade ajax component for some required behaviour. Does your book has an example of that?

Before the author answers, I'd like to point out that "Ajax in Action" has a refactoring part for each chapter, if that's what you are looking for.

Ho Karan... I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but if you mean something along the lines of taking a Dojo table widget that is backed by AJAX and modifying it, then the answer would be no. In fact, come to think of it, there is no part where I deal with modifying any existing library, they are all used as-is. Is that what you meant?
