Hi, I'm trying to design a website. What i did was to design a flash header. The navigation for the website is on the flash header and on a different frame. My problem is that i cant seem to align both frames properly. Is there a easier way to go about this problem.

The width of both tables in each individual frame is 100%. So that it expands based on user resolution. However the tables on the top and bottom don't align.

Please view my website here.

I suggest that you will have better luck and more control by ditching the tables for positioning in favor of CSS.

There is one way that you make one single page without frames and scrolling in a table... it will work.

Not without using frames or using Ajax for EVERYTHING, which is never a good idea or use Flash for the entire site, which I'd avoid like the plegue if I were a user coming to your site.

I suppose the question is what is behind the design decision to create a Flash based navigation header but have the rest of the site HTML?
