How to replace mouse pointer (cursor) with an image?
I searched and found something like this, but it doesn't work:

You have to use a *.ani or *.cur file.

Thanks Eric. It worked.

But can't we convert any .gif or .bmp etc file into .ani or .cur file manually (just by changing the extension)?

What happened when you tried it?

Browser didn't recognise it as cursor file and didn't show in place of mouse pointer. :roll:
