The position of Solutions Architect is being offered to the right candidate.
What will you be doing?
As Solutions Architect you will be considered a consultant or thought leader in this software space and must possess a thorough understanding of Service Oriented Architectures, as you will have to explain and communicate this knowledge.
You will work in collaboration with sales representatives to provide pre-sales Proofs-of-Concept; Develop specifications for Proof-of-Concept (POC) and demonstrations based on customer requirements; as well as, Assist sales team with validation of sales opportunities, customer discovery, and solution architecture.
The duties of supporting and resolving technical issues during software installation and trial period; Ensuring maximum client satisfaction by aggressively addressing customer issues; and Tailoring presentations, product screen shots, and reports to meet customer requirements will fall under the domain of your position.
You will also be Facilitating software demonstrations to CIOs, CTOs, management, developers, and non-technical staff; Authoring software architecture diagrams for Product Requirements Document and responding to customer RFP's. In addition, it is required that you maintain an in-depth technical understanding of all software products and services.
