hi everyone, im making an eshopping site and could use help with some queries.
Can i maintain a "shopping cart" using java script?I have done it using servlets before and want to do it using a client-side script(javascript) this time, so could anyone please tell me if this is possible , if yes how, and if no then why?

What if someone has JavaScript turned off? Would that customer not get served at the shop?

As said before it is not to wise. Can it be done, all JavaScript can do is store values in cookies. (That is if cookies are enabled also)
