hi,
i am using the following link for generating a horizontal dropdown.

Menus

In there is a select option under the drop down menu, and i hover on the top of menu, the select option is visible in foreground and the part of menu that is over the select option becomes invisible...

What changes should i make to css, so that the drop down menu is in foreground and is visible.

That is one of the many known bugs in IE 6.

This bug is not present in browsers such as Firefox (and other Gecko browsers) or Safari. It appears to have been corrected in IE 7.

There is no magic CSS setting to work around this bug. You either need to make the front-most element an iframe, or hide the select element when the front-most element is to be displayed.
