Senior Java Developer

Seeking a Senior Developer to lead the development of digital marketing products, features and functionality for the automotive industry. This position designs, develops, implements and maintains web-based applications to support business requirements. Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.



Essential Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Internet product experience
Minimum 5 years of Java development background
Tomcat and Apache knowledge
Hibernate experience
J2EE, APIs, Servlets, JSPs, Servlets experience
XML and XSL experience
SQL knowledge
Opensource JAVA technologies experience
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical and marketing)
A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Highly organized, detail fanatic
Independent, action-oriented, and proactive team player
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Experience in small, dynamic and rapidly evolving environments
