Experience with SQL on a leading database is a must: Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, MYSQL, MSSQL.
Experience with Dynamic Caching technologies, Event Driven Frameworks like ESPER or Rules engines such as
JBoss Rules is a bonus.
